- Mezclar con batidora manual, si notare un poco pegajosa (durita) agregar 1cta de leche y volver a batir. En la última foto se ve la textura.
- Batir las claras a nieve, pero no muy firme, un poco floja. Mezclar las claras de a poco a las yemas, hacer en forma envolvente de abajo para arriba. Al terminar de mezclar y al tener un solo color ya está el preparado.
- A la sartén que ya está caliente echarle unas gotas de aceite y distribuir por todo el fondo; echar en ella por cucharadas el preparado (2 cdas y media fue mi medida) tapar por 3 minutos, pasado ese tiempo dar vuelta con cuidado la tortita, volver a tapar y dejar otros 3 minutos, perfectas para desayuno untado con miel o merienda con un poco de crema. Esponjosa como un pan nube.
