- Con una sartén o panquequera antiadherente caliente a fuego mínimo ya con rocio vegetal o gotas de aceite bien esparcidas.
- Agarras las dos jarritas y volcas un poco de mezcla de cada una de las jarras en la panquequera, solo deja que caiga la mezcla y se forme el hotcake, nada de mover ni nada, como cae quedara.. mejor si volcas siempre la misma cantidad y obviamente al mismo tiempo, así se forma bien el marmolado y es un hotcake que se cocina completo y las dos masas al mismo tiempo.
- Lo dejas cocinar hasta que formo piso y empieza a burbujear por encima, cuando comenzo a burbujear, con una espátula y con cuidado lo volteas acompañando el movimiento del hotcake levantando la sartén..
